We are looking for a Commercial Analyst to join our team, responsible for developing and maintaining the data models and reports that power commercial decision-making across the Group. A key part of this role is driving efficiency – automating and streamlining existing reports, improving data processes, and optimising how we deliver insights to the business. You will work in cross-border teams and build strong relationships with operational and commercial Finance teams across the Group.

  • Develop and maintain scalable data models and datasets for Power BI, integrating multiple data sources (e.g. commercial, marketing, finance)
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and auditability through validation, reconciliation, and documentation of data flows
  • Drive efficiency through automation and AI-supported data transformation, validation, and anomaly detection
  • Manage and optimise Power BI environments, including datasets, refresh processes, performance tuning, and access control
  • Provide ongoing reporting support, resolving data issues and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance datasets and reporting capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years of experience in commercial analytics, BI, or analytics engineering
  • Strong end-to-end data skillset, from SQL-based modelling to Power BI report delivery
  • Proactive, independent problem solver with the ability to investigate data issues across the full pipeline
  • High attention to detail, especially regarding financial and sales data accuracy
  • Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work with non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships
