We are seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join SRE's Business Development team. The role supports the firm’s real‑estate business development across primaries, co‑investments, and secondaries.
Responsibilities
- Develop content for marketing and due diligence materials, including presentations, fact cards, private placement memorandums, due diligence questionnaires, etc.
- Prepare responses to requests for information and proposals, track record analyses, third‑party databases, competitor benchmarking, and investor requests.
- Manage investor pipelines via Salesforce, track progression, and prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
- Support the preparation and execution of investor meetings and roadshows, including materials and follow‑up tracking.
- Collaborate across departments (research, asset and portfolio management, RFP, legal and compliance, tax, portfolio reporting, and analytics).
- Contribute to other business‑development initiatives as they arise.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 2‑6 years of relevant work experience in financial services (e.g., private equity, capital advisory/placement agents, investment banks).
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and proficiency with AI tools such as Claude and Copilot.
- Experience with Salesforce or Intralinks desirable.
- Must be at least 18 years old.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to represent the firm professionally to internal and external stakeholders.
