About the Role


As a Registered Manager, you will play a crucial leadership role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of our care services. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of care meets the highest standards while promoting the well-being of service users. Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Leading and managing a team of care staff to ensure high-quality, consistent care.

  • Overseeing the implementation and compliance with care plans, policies, and procedures.

  • Ensuring the care service adheres to all regulatory standards and legislation.

  • Managing client care assessments, monitoring, and reviews to ensure individual needs are met.

  • Taking responsibility for recruitment, training, and development of the care team.

  • Building strong relationships with service users, families, and external agencies.

  • Responding to and resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.

  • Ensuring financial management, including budgets and resources, are handled effectively.

  • Conducting audits and inspections to monitor and improve the quality of care.


What We’re Looking For



  • Proven experience as a Registered Manager within home care or a similar sector.

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

  • In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations, home care legislation, and best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient approach.

  • Ability to handle pressure and manage a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

  • A commitment to ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding service users.
