Join an esteemed Insolvency firm located in the Cayman Islands as they seek to welcome a Senior Associate - Insolvency to their prestigious team. This is a dynamic team that offers excellent opportunities for growth within the business. The role will involve taking the lead on a portfolio of engagements and you will work closely alongside the existing Directors. Responsibilities:

  • Working on a caseload of insolvency work;
  • Maintaining case diaries and meeting all statutory deadlines;
  • Preparing reports to court, creditors and investors and attending meetings with clients;
  • Providing regular progress and financial case updates;
  • Prepare and management of liquidation.

Requirements:

  • Accounting Designation would be a bonus;
  • Knowledge of insolvency rules and statutory requirements would be beneficial;
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to multitask;
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
