Corporate/M&A Associate Solicitor - 3+ PQE - Cayman Islands

***RELOCATION OPPORTUNITY – CAYMAN ISLANDS – LUCRATIVE TAX-FREE SALARY PACKAGE***

We are working alongside a top-tier offshore law firm who are seeking an ambitious corporate lawyer to join their team based in the Cayman Islands, working on high-value cross-border transactions in a dynamic jurisdiction.

Salaries for 3 PQE lawyers start at around US$170k (completely tax-free – roughly equivalent to a gross salary of £230k in the UK), plus a discretionary bonus and a relocation package.

Please note that all applicants must have the following skills and experience in order to be considered:

• Qualified lawyer, admitted to practice in the Cayman Islands, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand or Canada
• 3 years\’ post-qualification experience (or nearly 3 years as this is the minimum requirement for overseas-qualified lawyers)
• M&A, Private Equity and general corporate advisory experience
• Investment funds and/or regulatory experience an asset
• Strong academic record
• Willingness to relocate to the Cayman Islands in mid-late 2025
• A positive, can-do attitude
