Stepping Stones Swimming is one of Scotland’s leading private swimming lesson providers and we are excited to be expanding our 1:1 swimming lesson programme across the West Lothian area. This role focuses on individual swimmer development through private 1:1 and small ratio lesson delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced swimming teacher looking to take a more personalised and technical approach to lesson delivery, working closely with swimmers to build long term progression plans and achieve individual goals both in and out of the water.

Current Available Hours – West Lothian

We are currently recruiting for approximately 30 hours per week across a range of delivery periods throughout the week. Lesson delivery may take place during the day, afternoons, evenings, and weekends depending on swimmer demand and venue availability. Teachers within the programme will have increasing flexibility to manage and shape their own working schedules as their swimmer client base develops. There is also the opportunity to increase delivery over time and progress into wider management or Venue Lead responsibilities within the Stepping Stones programme.

Why Join Stepping Stones?

  • Holiday pay included
  • PAYE payroll managed directly by Stepping Stones
  • No self assessment required
  • Ongoing support and development from our management team
  • Stable, consistent weekly hours available year round

This role is based around year round delivery, operating approximately 50 weeks of the year rather than term time only.
