About Us
Three One Solar is a growing renewable energy company installing solar systems across Belfast and surrounding areas. We are looking for reliable and hard-working individuals to join our installation team as Solar Panel Roofers. This is a hands-on outdoor role and a great opportunity to gain experience in the fast-growing renewable energy sector.
Role Responsibilities
- Install solar panel mounting systems and solar modules on residential and commercial rooftops
- Measure, mark and set out roof areas according to system design plans
- Secure racking and panels using cordless drills and tools (provided)
- Work with crew members to lift, position and fasten equipment safely
- Seal roof penetrations ensuring installations are weatherproof and structurally sound
- Follow safety procedures relating to roof work, fall protection and electrical awareness
Site & Safety Duties
- Set up and correctly use fall-protection and safety equipment
- Inspect roofs before and during installation for safety and suitability
- Maintain a clean and organised job site
- Follow company and health & safety standards at all times
General Work Expectations
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Carry out physically demanding tasks (climbing ladders, lifting panels, working on pitched roofs)
- Use hand and power tools safely and correctly
- Communicate with team members and supervisors throughout projects
- Represent the company professionally on customer sites

- Driving licence and/or transport (transport can be arranged)
