You will support up to 4 young people with emotional and behavioural difficulties and deputise for the registered manager, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to policies.
The role is Monday – Friday with some flexibility; requires Level 3 in Health & Social Care, driving licence, and strong communication skills.
