We are seeking an experienced Head of Operations to join an organization with an 8-year track record keen to expand on their ground-breaking expertise in portfolio management running strategies in the top level of CTA/UCITS rankings and Barclay Hedge awards.

It offers a unique opportunity to acquire part ownership in a successful alternative investment fund.

Candidates could be hedge fund HOO's looking for a step-up, or current hedge fund executives.

All candidates must be exceptionally strong operationally, still very much in tune with the function and its infrastructure hands-on, with a strong ability to build out and manage a successful capital management enterprise.

Remuneration is by way of profit sharing and substantial shareholding granted in return for AUM acquired.

Responsibilities

  • Head up the development and execution of business expansion initiatives.
  • Create AUM raising plans, marketing materials, DDQs, and investor onboarding processes.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the portfolio management team.
  • Formulate and execute operational frameworks to enhance organizational efficiency.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience within financial sector, while a focus in hedge funds is highly desireable.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the alternative investments landscape, financial markets, and fund administration.
