The Ideal Sales and Marketing Assistant will possess:

Hybrid pay structure (weekly base pay + competitive commission). We have found this is the best way of providing stability and security for our team whilst allowing for their pay to develop alongside their skills. Starting salary - £24,000 with the ability to revisit and boost after the training period.
