Role Overview:
We’re on the lookout for ambitious individuals to join our expanding sales team. As a Trainee Sales Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in engaging customers, uncovering their needs, and offering personalised solutions that build trust, drive revenue, and foster lasting loyalty. You’ll represent leading brands as a trusted expert, helping deliver memorable customer experiences.
The right candidate will be skilled in growing key accounts and identifying opportunities to maximise both revenue and client satisfaction. You’ll operate as a strategic consultant, crafting account plans that unlock real value.
Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with potential customers to identify needs and match them with the right solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and long-term retention
- Develop and execute territory strategies to hit revenue goals
- Confidently represent client brands through in-person demos, consultations, and needs-based conversations
- Monitor activity, collect customer insights, and track key performance metrics
What We’re Looking For:
- 1–2 years’ experience in field sales, customer acquisition, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive edge
- Self-starter with excellent time management and the ability to prioritise
- Comfortable selling face-to-face and adapting to a range of customer profiles
- Goal-oriented with a genuine passion for delivering standout customer service
