Are you a strong writer with an eye for design? Stepnell is looking for a Bid Writer with exceptional visual communication skills to join our collaborative team. You’ll play a central role in producing persuasive, visually engaging bids that showcase our expertise and win new projects.
- Crafting high-quality pre-qualification questionnaires (PQQs), expressions of interest, and tender submissions.
- Leading the development of clear, concise, and compelling content, editing and enhancing contributions from across the business.
- Working alongside designers and marketers to elevate the visual quality of our proposals, ensuring layouts, templates, and graphics reflect our brand.
- Researching clients and consultants to help tailor responses and add real value to our messaging.
- Supporting wider marketing activity from website copy and social media content to press releases and brochures.
- Helping maintain and evolve a library of reusable bid content, visuals, and project data.
- Visiting project sites and interviewing team members to gather insight for future proposals.
A confident communicator with excellent writing and editing skills. Proficiency with MS Office, Adobe Acrobat, and design tools like InDesign would be beneficial. Able to work under pressure and juggle multiple deadlines, without losing the creative spark. A collaborative, proactive mindset; someone who thrives in a team environment and brings fresh ideas to the table.
