We are looking for an experienced and skilled Site Carpenter to join our team. Supporting our projects across our Southern region mainly working in and around Dorset. You will play a key role in constructing, installing, and maintaining high-quality structures on our building sites, ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards and within deadlines. Key Responsibilities * Constructing, assembling, and installing timber frameworks, doors, windows, staircases, and partitions. * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans. * Carrying out repairs and maintenance on existing structures. * Installing skirting boards, architraves, door frames, and flooring. * Working collaboratively with other tradespeople on-site. * Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times. We’re looking for someone with: * Proven experience as a site carpenter. * NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery (or equivalent). * Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials. * The ability to work from technical drawings and plans. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * A valid CSCS card (essential). * A driving licence Why Stepnell At our core, we are committed to inspiring, nurturing, and investing in our people, ensuring that their careers are both fulfilling and rewarding.
