Step Into Teaching are working with a wonderful primary school in Bilston (WV14) who are looking for a Graduate with a passion to inspire children and help them by supporting with children of all abilities and join their team in September for the 26/27 academic year. This is an ideal opportunity for any graduate who is interested in starting a career in teaching/education. The Primary Teaching Assistant opportunity:
- Primary school based in Bilston (WV14)
- Based in Year 6
- Full time - Monday - Friday
- September start for the 26/27 academic year
- £500 - £530 per week - term time only

The Primary Teaching Assistant must:
- Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Experience working with children in upper Key Stage 2 (desired, not essential)
- Be able to motivate and inspire students to achieve their full potential
- Self-motivated and flexible due to working across different levels
- A vision for creating an exceptional place of learning
- The ability to assist in evaluating individual pupils' needs and progress
- Excellent communication skills
- Have the ability to build strong working relationships with a wide range of individual students
The ideal candidate may have some experience working across different age groups whether it be in an educational setting or otherwise.
