As aGraduate Teaching Assistant, you'll work closely with teachers and the wider support team to help pupils prepare for their SATs with confidence, strengthen key skills, and feel calm and supported in the lead-up to exams. What You'll Be Doing:
- SupportingYear 6 pupilsin the run-up to SATs, helping them stay focused, motivated and confident.
- Deliveringtargeted literacy and numeracy support(1:1 and small group interventions).
- Providing structured support to help pupils build confidence with exam technique and independent working.
- Supporting a calm, positive classroom environment that promoteswellbeing and resilience.
What You Can Expect:
- £500 - £530 per week(term time only).

What We're Looking For:
- A completed bachelor’s degree (minimum2:2).
- A passion for learning and supporting children to achieve their potential.
- The ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff from diverse backgrounds.
- An empathetic, proactive, “can-do” mindset.
- Ideally, some experience supporting children in schools/tutoring/mentoring settings
