We have partnered with a fantastic secondary school in Sutton Coldfield, and we are looking for graduates who have a passion for working with young people to join the school as a SEN/SEMH Teaching Assistant. This role is extremely rewarding as you’ll be building relationships and supporting students who have SEN and SEMH needs. The amazing thing about this role is you’ll be able to see students build their confidence and achieve their goals with your daily support. You’ll be working alongside a team of experienced professionals which makes this a brilliant opportunity to grow and develop your own skills.

The Opportunity:

  • Secondary School, Birmingham
  • Rated ‘Outstanding’ by Ofsted
  • Full-time role – Monday – Friday
  • ASAP START
  • £500- £530 per week (term time only)

What We Are Looking For:

  • Hold a completed bachelor's degree (minimum 2:2)
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to work well in a team
  • Empathetic, caring individual
  • Resilient individual who’s able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience/knowledge surrounding SEN SEMH (beneficial but not essential)
