Who are Step Into Teaching?
We are a pre-teacher training programme that is designed to support and encourage graduates like yourself to choose teaching. We will typically provide you with one year’s worth of practical school-based experience that is an essential foundation for a long-lasting successful career in teaching, educational psychology or counselling. This experience will allow you to qualify for teacher training in the future but will also give you insight into whether teaching is for you.
