Step Into Teaching are supporting a fantastic secondary school and looking for a graduate with a strong interest in education and student development to join a supportive team, working as a Graduate Teaching Assistant. You’ll gain hands‑on experience supporting SEND, SEMH, and struggling learners, working across the curriculum, helping them access learning and achieve their potential. This role is perfect if you’re considering a future in teaching, educational/child psychology, or educational support.

Location: Redditch, Worcestershire

Job Type: Full‑Time, Monday – Friday

Start Date: September 2026 Start – 26/27 Academic Year – interviews taking place from May!

Salary: £500–£530 per week, term time only
