- A graduate with a 2:2 degree or above
- Full UK Driving License
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, patient and resilient personality
- Confidence supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
- Interest in teaching, educational psychology, SEND or SEMH support
- Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative within a busy school setting
About the Role:
- Full‑time Graduate Teaching Assistant position
- Monday to Friday, term‑time only
- Based in Milton Keynes
- Start date: September 2026
- Weekly pay of £500–£520
