The Role
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside experienced teachers to support pupils academically, socially and emotionally throughout the school day.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting students in lessons across primary and secondary settings.
- Delivering targeted 1:1 and small group interventions.
- Helping pupils build confidence, engagement and independence.
- Supporting teachers with lesson delivery, classroom management and learning activities.
- Working with students of all abilities, including those with additional learning needs.
- Encouraging positive behaviour and creating an inclusive learning environment.
- Building strong relationships with pupils and becoming a valued member of the school community.
