Are you a Law or Criminology graduate looking to inspire young people while gaining valuable experience in education?
A forward-thinking college in Leicester is seeking a passionate and motivated Graduate Law & Criminology Enrichment Tutor to join its team. This exciting role combines classroom support with the opportunity to design and deliver engaging weekly enrichment sessions for students interested in law, criminology and the criminal justice system.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging weekly enrichment sessions focused on Law, Criminology and the Criminal Justice System.
- Support students both academically and personally, encouraging confidence and independent learning.
- Create interactive lesson plans that bring real-life legal and criminology topics to life.
- Lead discussions on current legal issues, policing, forensic science, criminal investigations and the UK justice system.
- Provide one-to-one and small-group academic support where required.
- Encourage critical thinking, debate and problem-solving skills.
- Monitor student engagement and progress, providing feedback where appropriate.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff to deliver an outstanding student experience.
- Help create a positive, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
About You
We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Law, Criminology or a closely related subject.
- A genuine passion for inspiring young people.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Confidence speaking to groups and delivering engaging sessions.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A creative approach to planning enrichment activities.
- Previous experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
