The school is looking for someone to have children at the heart of all they do! The school is looking for someone who could progress reasonably quickly to be a HLTA.
The Opportunity:
- Graduate Teaching Assistant
- Primary School
- Manchester M40
- Must hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Monday to Friday - Full-Time (35 hours per week)
- £480 - £510 per week
- Term time only
- Pre Teaching Training Program
- Be available to start in September
The successful graduate must:
- Have a Bachelor's degree
- Have strong English and Maths abilities

- Be able to work with children from highly disadvantaged backgrounds without judgement
- Be able to demonstrate adaptability, resilience, and integration in both one-on-one interactions and collaborative work with colleagues and young learners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
- Help create and prepare teaching resources and materials.
- Assist in the management of classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
- Help with administrative tasks including monitoring our young learner's progress and attendance.
- Provide feedback on our young learner's progress and help identify areas of improvement.
