About the Role:

Join a team dedicated to raising the learning and attainment of pupils in Early Years. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with class teachers to:

• Plan, deliver, and evaluate engaging lessons tailored to diverse needs.
• Promote inclusion by inspiring participation from all pupils in learning and extracurricular activities.
• Deliver targeted interventions to small groups or one-on-one, boosting confidence and progress.
• Create a stimulating and safe learning environment both indoors and outdoors.

Key Details

• Location: A welcoming primary school in Ealing.
• Commitment: Full-time, Monday–Friday.
• Start Date: ASAP, for the full academic year and beyond.
• Salary: £565–£575 per week (term-time only).

What You’ll Bring to the Team

We’re looking for a graduate who:

• Holds a degree (2:2 or higher) in Early Years Education, Early Childhood Studies, or a related field.
• Is eager to build their confidence in the classroom and inspire a love for learning.
• Demonstrates creativity, flexibility, and resilience.
• Understands the importance of effective communication and collaboration with colleagues, parents, and other professionals.
• Can promote inclusion and support the needs of children with SEND or other challenges.
• Embodies positivity, professionalism, and a growth mindset.

Prior experience working with young children (through placements, volunteering, or paid work) is a bonus but not essential—we’re looking for enthusiasm and potential above all else!
