The Graduate Teaching Assistant must:

  • Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
  • Have some experience working with young people or in an educational setting
  • Have strong subject knowledge in English, Maths or Science (GCSE A* – C)
  • Be passionate about supporting student progress and wellbeing
  • Be able to keep students motivated and engaged
  • Be enthusiastic, approachable, and professional
  • Be committed to inclusion and equal opportunities
