The Graduate Teaching Assistant must:
- Hold a degree (2:2 or above)
- Have some experience working with young people or in an educational setting
- Have strong subject knowledge in English, Maths or Science (GCSE A* – C)
- Be passionate about supporting student progress and wellbeing
- Be able to keep students motivated and engaged
- Be enthusiastic, approachable, and professional
- Be committed to inclusion and equal opportunities
