As part of this program, you’ll work closely with teachers and pupils every day, developing practical skills and confidence in the classroom while making a real difference to young people’s lives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities.
- Working with pupils in small groups or one-to-one to boost learning.
- Helping create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
- Assisting with classroom organisation, displays, and resources.
- Gaining first-hand experience of school life, preparing you for teacher training.
What We’re Looking For
- An English graduate (or soon-to-be graduate) with a passion for education.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Reliability, enthusiasm, and a proactive approach.
- A genuine interest in pursuing a career in teaching.
