Step Into Teaching is supporting a welcoming and high‑achieving mainstream secondary school in the Croydon (CR0) area, seeking a Graduate Teaching Assistant to join their team from September.
This varied role offers the chance to work across the school, supporting students within lessons, delivering targeted small‑group interventions, and providing 1:1 support where required. You'll work closely with experienced teachers and the inclusion team, helping students overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Every day is different, giving you invaluable experience across the curriculum while allowing you to build meaningful relationships with students and make a genuine difference to their progress and confidence.
