The successful graduate must:
- A Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
- A genuine interest in education and helping students achieve their potential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
- Previous experience in a school or educational setting (desirable but not essential).
- Knowledge of special educational needs (SEN) and strategies to support students with additional learning needs (desirable but not essential).
Key Responsibilities:
- Support teachers in the delivery of lessons and classroom activities.
- Provide one-on-one and small group support to students, particularly those who require additional assistance.
- Help create and prepare teaching resources and materials.
- Assist in managing classroom behavior and maintaining a safe and positive environment.
- Provide feedback on students’ progress and help identify areas for improvement.
- Support students with special educational needs, if required.
- Participate in school events and extracurricular activities as needed.
- Help with administrative tasks, including tracking student attendance and progress.
