Our secondary school based in Blackburn BB1 are recruiting graduates for full-time Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant/ Academic supporting roles starting ASAP for the full academic year.

To support classrooms and school's Alternative Provision unit, supporting special educational needs, social emotional mental health needs and re-intergration. SEMH session planning where able, and looking for a perfect graduate with resilience, care and ambition to achieve!
Through our programme, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in one school to build your experience, skills and knowledge essential to pursue a career in education- building relationships to open opportunities into teacher training and other educational career pathways!
The Role:
- Position: Graduate Academic Coach/ Teaching Assistant (SEND)
- Location: Blackburn BB1
- School: Secondary School
- Start Date: ASAP- Academic Year 26/27
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday (term-time)
- Pay: £500–£530 per week
We’re Looking For Graduates Who:
- To hold a 2:2 degree or above
- Have a genuine passion for supporting young people
- Can confidently engage and motivate pupils
- Are proactive, positive, and reliable
- Empathetic, resilient and focused to achieve
- Are committed for the full academic year (Until July 2027)
- Work well within a team and communicate effectively
What You’ll Gain:
