Do you have a passion for luxury and automotive and dream of building or growing your career in sales? At Stephex Group, a global leader in equestrian sport and mobility, we are looking for an enthusiastic Sales Manager for our high-end motorhomes, designed for equestrian sports and other premium lifestyle activities.

You will be the primary point of contact for clients looking for a motorhome tailored to their sporting, professional, or leisure activities, including equestrian sport, motorsport, cycling, and recreational or other professional use. You will work with an international client base, building strong relationships, identifying opportunities, and closing deals.

You will advise customers with passion and expertise, understanding the specific needs of clients who require high-end, customized motorhome solutions. You will represent Stephex Group at international events, sports competitions, and trade fairs in Belgium and abroad – travel will therefore be an important part of the role.

You will manage the entire sales process from A to Z, from the first contact with the client to negotiating and closing the sale.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the luxury sector and/or automotive industry
  • Strong language skills: English and German are required. Knowledge of French, Dutch, or other languages is considered a strong advantage, as you will be working with international clients
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a structured and precise way
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Knowledge of the motorhome or recreational vehicle market is a strong advantage
