Your Responsibilities

As Business Developer, you are the face of STX Motorhomes. You will identify new opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and convert leads into long-term business – ensuring STX Motorhomes becomes top of mind both nationally and internationally.

You will:

  • Develop new markets within Belgium and internationally, focusing on motorsport and premium lifestyle sectors
  • Build and maintain relationships with motorsport teams, drivers, promoters, and VIP clients
  • Represent STX Motorhomes at motorsport events, trade shows, and lifestyle expos
  • Manage the entire commercial process: from lead generation to closing deals
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production) to align strategies and deliver customer excellence
  • Provide market insights to guide product innovation and brand positioning

Your Profile

  • Proven commercial experience in automotive, motorsport, or high-end/luxury segments
  • Passion for motorsport, with an international mindset and strong network in the field
  • Strategic and entrepreneurial, with hands-on sales expertise
  • Fluent in Dutch, English and French
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Belgium and across Europe
