About The Role
We are looking for approximately 3 full‑time Client Support administrators to join us on a temporary basis due to an increase in work in our expanding Interventions Team. File reviewers will work on both electronic and paper files and have the ability to work efficiently and adapt to change. They will support the Interventions department by conducting reviews of all files uplifted from the intervened firm.
- Reviewing case files and legal documents
- Collating data from files and inputting it onto spreadsheets
- Accurate time recording
- Adherence to all elements of the Outcomes‑Focused Regulation issued by the Solicitors Regulation Authority, with emphasis on client care and complaints handling procedures, to reduce risk of professional negligence

About You
Essential
- 5 GCSEs including English and Maths at C/4 and above
- Good standard of computer literacy and familiarity with IT systems
- Good communication skills
- Good standard of literacy, numeracy and attention to detail
- Professional manner
- Discretion and ability to work in a confidential environment
- Keenness to learn and develop in a legal setting
- Ability to work amidst frequent interruptions whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to be flexible to suit the needs of the Department
- Demonstrates drive and enthusiasm and willingness to learn
Desirable
- Possessing or currently studying toward a legal‑related qualification such as an A level or degree
- Experience of working in an office/clerical environment
- Experience of working with excel
- Experience of working on multiple case‑management systems
- Awareness of work undertaken in a solicitors office
- Awareness of Solicitors Regulation Authority Interventions
