The role

Working closely with Louise Hebborn, Partner and Head of Department, you’ll manage a varied and interesting caseload while receiving support from fellow solicitors, paralegal support and the wider commercial team.

Your work will include:

  • Mergers, acquisitions & disposals,
  • Asset, share sales and purchases,
  • Restructures
  • Company corporate structures,
  • Commercial contracts
  • Private equity investment & capital
  • Shareholder agreements,
  • Drafting and advising on a variety of commercial contracts

You’ll also work alongside colleagues in employment, commercial property and other specialist teams to deliver a complete service to your clients.

Our Corporate team supports a diverse range of SME’s, building long-term client relationships and helping businesses navigate every stage of their development.

You’ll be joining the wider commercial team of professionals who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting each other’s success. The team benefits from business development support and a collaborative approach to winning and delivering work.

About you

You will have:

  • At least 2 years PQE in corporate law,
  • Experience managing a corporate case load,
  • Strong technical and commercial awareness
  • Excellent client care and relationship building skills

  • Experience using case management systems
