The role: To assist department manager and fee earners in carrying out duties and, where appropriate, to deal with clients and their affairs. To effectively deal with and convert the department’s enquiries into new work for the team.

You will be engaged in varied and interesting work where you will learn all about the intricacies of Employment Law. In this role, you will be able to hone in on and develop fundamental skills whilst working alongside our reputable and well-respected Solicitors.
You: First, we ask that you have a genuine interest in this area of law. To also be successful in this role, we require the following:
- Completion of a Law Degree
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
The Team: Our employment department is made up of a close-knit team of 8, who pride themselves on providing specialist and expert advice nationally. They cover all types of employment law and discrimination issues, including unfair dismissal, redundancy, TUPE, equal pay, and settlement agreements.
