What you will be doing:

• Oversee the full operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient workflow and completion of daily tasks.
• Organise, process and dispatch outbound shipments within agreed SLAs.
• Ensure all goods in activities are handled accurately and efficiently including monitoring processes, stock checks and system updates.
• Provide direct support to Warehouse supervisors, escalate challenges and provide solutions to senior management.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and contribute improvements to processes and systems.

Working Hours:Monday to Friday 37.5hrs

Here\’s what we are looking for:

• Proven experience in managing a team within a warehouse environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international environment
• Knowledge of import/export regulations including international would be desirable
