What you will be doing:
- As our catalogue manager you will use data to drive sales growth and be responsible for the team who are:
- Creating and optimising product listings across Amazon and our platforms
- Ensuring all listings comply with marketplace policies, content guidelines, and formatting requirements
- Regularly reviewing and updating existing listings to improve Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate (CVR) and Keyword indexing and organic ranking, and BSR
- Monitoring competitor listings, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for content improvements
- Maintaining a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all product listings
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure listing content aligns with product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs, between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm
Here's what we are looking for:
- Thrives in a fast changing environment
- Previous experience creating and optimising e-commerce product listings on third party platforms (Amazon preferred)
- Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging, and benefits-driven content
- Strong understanding of keyword research and SEO principles for e-commerce listings
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Management experience, preferably in an ecommerce environment
