Our Humble Beginnings
We went from £10 in our pocket to £10 million in 10 years. Barry & Katy Tong formed the business with just £10. They have never used loans, investments, cash injections, or overdrafts despite being on a massive growth trajectory and now on a path to hit £50 million.
What you will be doing:
- Identifying additional tasks required to achieve a best-in-class service for our brand partners and working with internal teams to co-ordinate the delivery of this.
- Co-ordinating brand reporting using internal data to ensure our partners can see a clear picture of their journey with us in respect of sales, stock and engagement.
- Reviewing existing and new brands to ensure they meet strict criteria to maximise the potential of the sales and reach for each product/range.
- Supporting the Head of Partnerships on tasks relating to brand engagement, provision of data and all related tasks.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs

- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Experience in sales administration in a busy deadline driven environment
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, using macros, v-lookup, filtering to draw data analysis
