What you will be doing: The administrator supports the Platform Protection Manager in safeguarding the company's brands and marketplace presence. The role helps monitor marketplaces, report unauthorised sellers, monitor platform violations and action any queries or issues timely. You will support in maintaining platform account health, Transparency programme enrolment and keep protection workflows running smoothly. Case handling will form a large part of the administrator's day; the ability to problem solve effectively and to articulate complex issues is important, as is patience and attention to detail. Solid concise communication is a key attribute for this role.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5hrs in office (unfortunately no hybrid working)

- Proven experience in platform protection and/or passion for compliance
- Ability to open, monitor and resolve cases on various marketplace platforms
- Experience of multiple marketplace platforms is desirable
- Strong organisational skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth, and international environment.
