We’re recruiting for a Placement Coordinator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at Stephenson College. The Placement Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating, planning and organising the delivery of high-quality placements, including Awarding Body, T-Level placements and Work Experience. They will provide exceptional service through strong relationships with curriculum teams, ensuring KPIs are tracked, monitored and met. They will ensure health and safety compliance is accounted for and support students via 1:1 and small group sessions, as well as tutorial support.

Responsibilities of this role include:

  • Managing the Work Placement process for a caseload of learners in varying curriculum areas.
  • Creating effective links with employers and external partners and stakeholders to develop new and repeat business so that students achieve their work experience.
  • Working effectively across college to promote the employability agenda and work readiness.
  • Tracking, monitoring and meeting KPIs aligned to placement outputs.

  • Track record of working with internal and external stakeholders.
