We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Senior Accommodation Officer to support the delivery of a high‑quality, safe and welcoming residential service for our students.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Head of Accommodation and manage day‑to‑day operations of college accommodation.
- Lead and support accommodation staff.
- Promote student welfare and safeguarding.
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and accommodation regulations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experienced in student accommodation or related environment.
- Strong organisational and leadership skills.
- Passionate about student wellbeing.
- Right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
- Will be subject to an enhanced DBS check.
Employment Conditions
The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary of Loughborough College Group. Employees are based at one of the Loughborough College Group campuses.
