We have an exciting opportunity for a Nursery Officer to join our team at Radmoor Nursery, based at Loughborough College. The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Deliver high quality learning experiences for all children ensuring that these are tailored to meet the needs of each individual child.
  • To plan, prepare and carry out a variety of activities and experiences providing life skills for the children, supporting all areas of development.
  • To provide mentoring, support and supervise new staff and students.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Significant experience of working within the child care sector.
  • Knowledge of Early Years Development.
  • A minimum Level 3 Child Care / Play Works qualification or be willing to work towards this.
  • Able to work well within a team.
