We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and conscientious IT Helpdesk Technician to join our busy IT Services team at Brooksby College.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all IT queries and resolve issues or ticket them to the appropriate teams.
- Collaborate with the IT team to solve problems and provide end‑user support.
- Assist with casework and projects across the wider IT team, as required.
- Communicate clearly and accurately with users, colleagues and management.
- Maintain high levels of attention to detail and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a generalist IT support role, dealing with Microsoft technologies.
