The Estates department is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Estates Helpdesk Supervisor to join their dynamic team. The post holder will provide the management and monitoring of the Estates administration function and Helpdesk system whilst supporting the Estates Compliance Manager. The Estates team is committed to excellence and innovation, providing a safe, comfortable and inspiring campus for teaching and learning. We operate in a fast-paced environment where every team member plays a crucial role in our success.

Working Hours
The hours for this role are 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week.

Location
The successful candidate will be employed by The Leicestershire College, a subsidiary company of Loughborough College. The terms and conditions of employment offered by the Leicestershire College are different to those of Loughborough College. Employees of the Leicestershire College are based at one of the campuses of Loughborough College Group.

Right to Work and Sponsorship
Applicants must have the right to work in the country without the need for sponsorship. We are unable to provide skilled worker sponsorship for this position.

Visa Requirements for EU Citizens
EU citizens arriving into the UK after the 1st January 2021 will need to apply for a Tier 2 visa to gain the right to work in the UK. To be eligible to apply for a Tier 2 visa, the role advertised will need to have an educational standard of at least A levels and the salary for the role has to be a minimum of £25,600 unless in a shortage area i.e. STEM or if you have a PhD relating to the role.
