We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team at Loughborough College Group, based at both Stephenson and Brooksby College. The college comprises over 700 full‑time students across a diverse range of curriculum departments. This role provides support and information to College staff, learners, parents and external partners. You will perform a wide range of administrative functions for area staff, including letter, document and spreadsheet creation, record keeping and tracking, trip and event organisation, calendars, messaging, orders and stationery.

Responsibilities:

  • Run data reports for the department to support curriculum and business support managers in improving the quality of provision.
  • Lead the logging of absences and monitor daily attendance to lessons.
  • Provide administration support for curriculum managers and area staff.
  • Continuously develop new systems and working practices to maintain efficient and effective administrative functions for the department.

Qualifications:

  • A relevant academic or vocational qualification at Level 3 or above.
  • Experience providing an administrative service, preferably in an education setting.
  • Experience producing high quality reports, managing data and producing pivot tables.
  • Excellent IT skills using a variety of systems, including Microsoft Office and web‑based systems.
