- Diagnosing, troubleshooting & repairing mechanical, electrical and other technical issues.
- Performing preventative maintenance to minimise downtime.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting issues with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Performing repairs on a wide range of equipment, including vacuum plants, oil processing equipment, FLTs, compressed air systems, lighting and production machinery.
- Conducting emergency repairs to minimise production downtime.
- Implementing routine maintenance schedules to ensure optimal performance of equipment and legal compliance.
- Inspecting equipment and systems regularly for signs of wear or malfunction.
- Maintaining detailed maintenance records and logs using Idhammar database.
- Installing new equipment and systems according to technical manuals and safety guidelines.
