We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to work for an award winning team based in the York area. This is a super firm offering absolutely superb prospects!
You will assist Senior Fee Earners by:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Drafting documents
- Liaising with clients face to face, via telephone, letter and emails
You will provide specialised administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners handling:
- Estate planning
- Tax compliance
- Trust management
- Document drafting and preparation
- Assisting with IHT forms
Additionally, you will be responsible for:
- Managing diaries
- Scheduling client meetings
- Keeping accurate confidential records
- File management
- Archiving
