We are seeking an experienced legal secretary to work for an award winning team based in the York area. This is a super firm offering absolutely superb prospects!

You will assist Senior Fee Earners by preparing legal documents and correspondence, drafting documents, and liaising with clients face to face, via telephone, letter, and emails.

You will provide specialised administrative support to Solicitors and Fee Earners handling estate planning, tax compliance, trust management, document drafting and preparation, assisting with IHT forms, etc. Additionally, you will manage diaries, schedule client meetings, keep accurate confidential records, as well as handle file management, archiving, and Wills and Trusts instructions.

We are seeking practical legal secretarial experience for this role.
