Team Structure
The Finance Systems team consists of a Functional team (consisting of 2 Senior Finance Systems Analysts and a Finance Systems Analyst) a Bau and Workstreams team (consisting of a Finance Systems Team Leader, a Finance Systems Support Analyst and a Finance Systems Assistant) and a DBA & Legal Applications Technician. The team sits in the IT Department and works closely with both IT Applications and Development teams and Accounts departments with ownership of the firm's key business systems including; PMS – Aderant Expert, Reporting & Budgeting and the Intapp suite of products as well as integrations between all of the firm's systems.
The team leads innovations around the utilisation of systems, best practice and develops bespoke solutions to support business needs. This position will suit an individual with proven experience in reviewing, recommending and implementing both processes and solutions. They should also have good accounting knowledge, Billing, Accounts Payable or Cashiering processes, excellent technical skills and be comfortable leading all aspects of project delivery.
This role sits within the Functional area of the team and is responsible for supporting the firm's business systems, including Aderant Expert, Intapp Open, Intapp Time, and Concur Expenses. You will assist with improvements, development, and integration of practice management and financial systems, provide technical support to Accounts teams and stakeholders globally, and act as an escalation point for BAU and Workstreams.
The position involves reviewing business processes, maintaining data integrity, supporting monthly system maintenance and financial closures, and delivering projects such as new module rollouts and onboarding overseas offices. Experience with system configuration, testing, and end-user training is essential.
