Team Structure
We are the Talent Development team delivering high quality business skills programmes and development support. The team includes a Head of Talent Development, Senior Manager, Manager, Adviser (this role) and Assistant in London, and a Manager and Assistant in Hong Kong. It is part of the wider People function which handles attraction, engagement, development, progression and retention.
Main Responsibilities
- Programme manage the delivery of training programmes and ensure effective organisation, delivery and follow up
- Ensure programmes have defined learning objectives and appropriate style and structure
- Design, deliver and facilitate training workshops independently, with team members or external experts
- Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across the firm to guarantee programme success
- Maintain and update learning materials in response to feedback and changing priorities
- Identify and select training providers, manage ongoing relationships, and ensure quality of training
- Deliver value for money and manage the budget for programmes
- Assist the Senior Manager with practice/team/office insights training and facilitation
- Key contact for Asia offices
Attributes / Skills Required
- Relevant learning, development, and talent management experience
- Track record managing all aspects of the training cycle: needs analysis, design, facilitation, delivery, programme management and evaluation
- Experienced trainer and presenter
- Insights accredited practitioner or willingness to undertake qualification
- Minimum 2 years talent/L&D experience in professional services or law firm sectors (at least 1 year as Adviser)
