Team Structure
The fraud team is a top team in the world, ranked in Tier 1 by the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for civil fraud. It works on the largest civil fraud and asset recovery cases globally, including $1 billion+ cases and the largest arbitration awards in England. The team handles a mix of freezing orders and interim injunctions, with a cross‑border focus. Associates attend multiple hearings per year and gain significant court experience. Associates take responsibility early, working closely with partners and clients. They receive mentoring, training and opportunities to participate in marketing from day one. Travel is common, with most associates travelling at least once a year for client and marketing work. Promotion prospects exist for the right candidate.
