We are searching for a senior-level associate to join the Employment Team at Stephenson Harwood. Main Responsibilities
- Pro‑active day‑to‑day matter management and advice
- Liaison with clients
- Conducting litigation (with Counsel where appropriate)
- Managing and completing transactional support
- Respect of and adherence to client and internal deadlines
- Clear, concise and unambiguous drafting
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of law and practice
- Developing own informal internal and external network of contacts
- Building excellent working relationships with clients and peers within SH
- Attending business development and profile‑raising events (client seminars, graduate recruitment activities)
- Delivering internal and external training on employment law topics
- Appropriate use and application of the firm’s Artificial Intelligence tools
- Supervision and development of Associates
- Spotting opportunities and generating and sharing know‑how (podcasts, articles, e‑alerts)
- Collaboration in shaping and executing the team’s business development strategy
